Expanded Additional Pick up Information Meeting at Cochin Port (Cruise Passengers) Our friendly team from Excel India Tours will be waiting for you 30 minutes before your cruise ship arrives at Cochin Port. After completing immigration formalities, simply exit the terminal building. Our representative will be standing just outside the immigration exit holding a name board (pager board) with the lead traveller's name, making it easy for you to locate us. We continuously monitor your ship's arrival time. In case of minor delays, your pickup will be adjusted accordingly, ensuring a smooth and worry-free start to your tour. Important information Please provide your hotel name and address or cruise ship name and arrival time when booking. We recommend carrying a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable walking shoes. Binoculars are recommended for birdwatching, especially during the migratory bird season (November to March). This is a private tour, so only your group will participate, allowing you to enjoy the experience at your own pace. The itinerary can be slightly customized to suit your interests and available time, subject to operational feasibility.
