Korean Cemetery and Folklore Trek Discount Tickets

Overview

ew visitors ever set foot in a Korean mountain cemetery, let alone learn what's actually buried in its traditions. This walk covers a large, still-active mountain cemetery and the customs around it: burial practices, beliefs about the soul, and folklore most Koreans grew up hearing but rarely explain to outsiders. Your host shares the stories as you go, small group, hands-on commentary, respectful of the site the whole way. This is a seasonal offering, running September through November only. Moderate hiking is involved, so wear real shoes and dress for the weather. ✅Solo-friendly | ✅Female traveler-friendly | ✅LGBTQ+ friendly.
