Redemption Instructions

• Let us know the room number after you have checked in at the hotel. • Show the ticket voucher on the mobile phone to the staff of Krabi Eco Cycle. • Bring good footwear, T-shirt, shorts/leggings, swimwear, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and a camera. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Get picked up from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao and Klong Muang Beach. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. If you stay in Tubkaek Beach, there is an extra fee of 200 THB per person which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Pickup times for each zone: • Ao Nam Mao: 08:30 • Ao Nang: 08:30 • Klong Muang: 08:15 • Krabi Town: 09:00 • Tubkaek Beach: 08:15
