Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. Pickup Information

Pick up on the west side of the island, from Klong Son(ferry pier) to Klong Koi at the reception of the hotel. We will email you the pick up time, since it depends on the hotel location.
