Pickup Information

Traveller will be pickup at the Kailua Pier on arrival. Cancellation Policy – Cruise Ship Guests In the event that a cruise ship is unable to dock or operate tender services due to ocean conditions or at the sole discretion of the ship’s captain, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. As an independent tour operator, we prepare and reserve all resources in advance—including vehicle allocation, guide scheduling, and operational logistics—based on the confirmed booking. For this reason, and due to the last-minute nature of such cancellations, only a partial refund can be provided. We strongly encourage all guests traveling via cruise ship to purchase travel insurance to help protect against unforeseen disruptions of this nature.
