• You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at Kaleidoscope Restaurant. • You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Discounts or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with an existing promotion, theme, brunch, event or special occasion. • We request our guest to inform us if they will be more than 15 minutes late for their reservation by calling restaurant reservations on +971 4 426 2626 to enable the restaurant to re-allocate their reservation depending upon availability. • Menu items can change without prior notice at the restaurant’s discretion.
