Welcome to your most exciting ride in our AirVan Airplanes designed for maximum sightseeing! Please check in 30 minutes prior to your flight time. As a reminder, in accordance with FAA regulations we are required to perform an approved weight and balance for every flight. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOUR WEIGHTS ARE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE. IN THE EVENT YOUR WEIGHT IS 10 LBS DIFFERENT THAN THE WEIGHT YOU GAVE US DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS, THERE COULD BE A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FLY; YET YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL SEAT PRICE.
