- Adults may only visit the attraction when accompanied by a child. Entry will be denied otherwise, and no refunds will be issued.

Child policy:

- Children under 2 years are free of charge but cannot participate in KidZania activities.

- Toddlers and children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

- While adults can re-enter the attraction without a fee, children leaving and returning on the same day are subject to re-entry fees.
