Redemption Instructions

**Here is what you should bring for the trip:** - Towel - Bathing suit - Clothes for change after bathing with elephants - Flip-flop (for the muddy area) - Sunscreen - Insect repellent - Camera (optional) - Passport number for Accident Insurance during the trip (everyone) (Do not bring the passport, we only want the passport number to fill in the form) - Please take off the valuable accessories and keep them in your safe place, especially the ring that may flip out from your finger to the mud or the pool and it will be very hard to look for it. Also, we will not be responsible for lost accessories.

Pickup Information

Pick up is available for hotels in Ao Nang, Krabi. The driver will contact you the evening before your activity date to confirm the exact pickup time. Please check your email for the update.
