Hotel pick-up and drop-off are provided from any location within Kathmandu Valley. Please share your hotel name or exact address at the time of booking. For group/shared tours, please note that pick-up may involve a short wait due to multiple stops along the route. If your location is not directly accessible by vehicle, we will arrange a nearby convenient pickup point. Your guide or driver will meet you 15 minutes prior to your selected departure time, and final confirmation will be communicated via WhatsApp, phone, or email on the day of the tour.
