Redemption Instructions

We will have your names and only require age information for kids so we can best plan and accommodate this wider range of kids. We are available to connect with either WhatsApp or Japanese Cell phone and you can join this tour either at the cruise port OR at the sakurajima ferry terminal.

Pickup Information

Good morning! Right at the welcome center getting off the ship we will meet and start the day. Please be on time as we may have multiple parties coming with us. We are available by WhatsApp and Japanese cell phone. If you are joining us not from the cruise, we could also meet at the sakurajima ferry port as it is our first stop.
