1. The British Museum

Head to the main entrance of the British Museum where you will meet your kid-friendly guide and be ready to start this amazing journey through the history of humankind! The first part of the tour takes you back in time to the ancient valley of the River Nile to witness the largest collection of Egyptian relics outside Egypt, making it the main highlight of the tour. After that, you and your family will have the opportunity to see some of the other highlights that the British Museum has to offer. You can travel to Ancient Greece to discover the fascinating Parthenon Sculptures, classical marble statues m ade under the supervision of the Greek architect Phidias. Later you will find yourselves in medieval England, where you will be intrigued by the mysterious Sutton Hoo burial treasure. These relics from two early middle age cemeteries shed light on a period of English history which had long been considered a grey area between myth, legend and recorded history.
