For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please ensure you arrive at the kiosk 30 minutes before your scheduled flight to read and sign the waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver for them before boarding the boat. We can email the minor's waiver to be filled out prior, if your children are going to be accompanying another family or group.
