Redemption Instructions

This is your ticket for your adventure! Please have it ready (digital or printed) to present to your guide at pickup. Pickup Information: • Please be at your selected pickup point at the tour start time and keep an eye out for an Arctic Adventures minibus. • The pickup process can take up to 30 minutes - thank you in advance for your patience. • You are responsible for confirming your pickup location at least 48 hours prior to departure. Pickup is only available from authorized pick-up locations. We recommend dressing in layers with waterproof outerwear. Please ensure you wear sturdy hiking boots. • Food: This is an ~12 hour tour. We will stop at a local service station en-route where snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Otherwise, please bring food and water. • Check Your Email: Please check your inbox before the tour for any schedule updates or weather-related cancellations.
