Redemption Instructions

• Let us know your room number after you have checked in at the hotel. • Show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone to the staff of Wow Andaman. • Bring a dry bag, swimwear, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip flops and a camera. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Get picked up from your hotel in Khao Lak/Phuket. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. If you've selected the Khao Lak option and are staying in Natai, Thai Muang, or Khok Kloi, there's an additional 300 THB per person fee. Please choose the Phuket pickup option instead.
