The tour begins at a traditional machiya restaurant, where you’ll enjoy freshly made gyoza in a warm, nostalgic setting that reflects Kyoto’s down-to-earth side. At the second stop, you’ll explore a selection of craft beers, sake, and whisky from across Japan, paired with dishes made using seasonal regional ingredients.
