Pick up from the Kruger Gate Hotel, Sabi River Bush Lodge, Skukuza or Pretoriuskop Restcamp, Leopard Sands and Elephant point is subject to a once off cash surcharge of $20 or 20 Euro due to distance from Hazyview. Per trip only, not per person
