Redemption Instructions
YOUR TOUR WILL TAKE YOU TO 4 WINERIES THAT MAY BE LISTED ON THE ITINERARY LIST. THESE WINERIES ARE BOOKED IN ADVANCE BY THE TOUR COMPANY. IF A PRIVATE TOUR IS BOOKED THEN THE ITINERARY CAN BE DISCUSSED WITH THE TOUR COMPANY. Please bring two pieces of valid ID, as proof of age may be required if you appear under 30. DID YOU GIVE US YOUR PICKUP INFORMATION? If the hotel is not listed choose "MY HOTEL IS NOT LISTED" and provide the hotel name or address of where you are staying clicking the "My Bookings" link above. PICKUP CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED. We will be contacting you by text message, phone call or email with the exact pickup time for your tour. Pickup times can be up to 45 minutes prior to the tour start time. If your pickup location is in the outskirts of the city, West Kelowna or Kelowna, it may be earlier than 45 minutes prior. It is our policy to pick up from your home, or accommodations so as to avoid dropping you off at a location where you will be required to drive the rest of the way home. Any tours booked with a pickup location outside our pickup area will be cancelled at our discretion. If your hotel is not listed choose "My hotel is not listed" then enter the name of the hotel. B&B or an address for pickup. PICKUP CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED Customer must confirm they have received the pickup time from the tour company by replying to the text message (SMS), email or phone call. PICKUP FOR KELOWNA PUBLIC TOURS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FROM KELOWNA PICKUP FOR WEST KELOWNA TOURS ARE AVAILABLE FROM KELOWNA AND WEST KELOWNA NO PICKUP FROM McKINLEY LANDING OR AREAS NORTH OF THE AIRPORT In some cases, pick up time will vary up to 45 minutes before tour start time.
