⚠️ Pick-up Policy Pickup is available only within designated areas shown on the platform and inside Bacalar town, to ensure a smooth and punctual experience for all guests. please send us your pickup details (hotel name + full address) as soon as possible so we can schedule it properly. • Guests must be ready on time and wait outside their accommodation for the tour vehicle. • The driver is only required to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, it is the guest’s responsibility to reach the tour meeting point independently. • Please note that failure to show up on time will be considered a no-show. In such cases, changes or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. • In some cases, the vehicle may not access all streets or hotel entrances. Guests must wait at the nearest designated point. • Delays of up to 10 minutes due to traffic or weather may occur. We kindly ask for your patience. • Guests must keep their phone/WhatsApp active for contact. • Don’t forget to bring essentials like a towel and any personal items you may need.
