Redemption Instructions

-Check-in time is 45 minutes prior to tour time -For your Doors off Helicopter Tour: -Wear or bring a sweater or fitted jacket -Wear Long pants or jeans (Optional) -Hair needs to be securely tied back. No Claw Hair Clips allowed. -Wear closed toe shoes or sandals with a strap (no flip flops or slippers) -No large earrings or hats -Sunglasses are at your pilot's discretion -Cameras & Gopros will need a strap or lanyard -We provide lanyards for your cell phones -We allow only one photo device per person. Camera, Phone, Gopro etc... -We will be weighing all passengers upon check-in. -Passengers must be at least 7 years of age and weigh 40 pounds or more -Max passenger weight of 275 lbs -For groups of 3 passengers, no more than one person can be 200+ lbs and not exceed a total passenger weight of 560 lbs. Per FAA regulations, ALL passengers will be weighed at check-in. (NOTE: Seat assignment may be subject to weight and balance restrictions of the aircraft.) -Weather Policy All tours are subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather, your tour may be adjusted or canceled up to 30 minutes prior to departure. Routes and flight patterns are subject to change due to weather conditions.
