Pickup Information

After booking, please provide your exact pickup address, preferred pickup time, passenger number, luggage quantity and sizes, and a reachable phone/WhatsApp number. For airport pickup, please also provide your flight number and arrival time. The driver will meet you at the designated pickup point with a name sign. Free waiting time is 60 minutes at Itami Airport, 90 minutes at other airports, and 30 minutes at hotels, stations, ports, and other non-airport locations. Additional waiting fees apply afterward. Pickup and drop-off are available in Osaka, at Maizuru Port, Kobe Port, and Kansai International Airport (KIX). Due to the longer travel distance, a JPY 5,000 surcharge applies to Osaka, while a JPY 10,000 surcharge applies to Maizuru Port, Kobe Port, and KIX. Services between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM incur a JPY 2,000 per-hour nighttime fee.
