Redemption Instructions

ATTENTION!!! The pickup time is depend of your hotel location. If the day before travel date you still not receive a message from us with the exact time to pickup from your hotel, please contact us by +66985764957 (mobile, WhatsApp ). On the day of tour, please, wait in your hotel lobby at the indicated time. Please note: Pregnant women are not permitted on any speed boat tours, and our staff has the authority to decline tour participation without providing a refund in such cases. If it rains, the tour will take place. The tour may be canceled if there are large waves and restrictions are announced by the Marine Police.

Pickup Information

We pick up from any hotel located in Phang Nga Province (Khaolak, Natai beach area). Please choose yours from the list provided. If your accommodation is not on the list provided, please contact us directly by email, phone call or WhatsApp at least 1 day before your trip. We will arrange pick up and drop off for you.
