Monkey Beach isn't an official stopping point, it remains possible to see the monkeys during low tide.

To guarantee a safe and pleasant swimming experience, it’s advisable to consult your tour guide.

Key regulations at Maya Bay comprise a prohibition on swimming, a ban on single-use plastics, the requirement to use reef-safe sunscreen, and restrictions against using drones without authorization.

Thailand's Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation has announced that Maya Bay will be closed annually for a period of two months, specifically in August and September.
