No Loose-hanging clothes such as scarves, dresses or skirts.

Closed-toed and closed-heel shoes are advised. (rental shoe and sock available)

Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate.

Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.

Individuals who have had any injuries to their back, hips, legs, knees, or feet in the past year are not permitted to participate.
