Pickup Information

Pickup is available from hotels in Koh Samui, with pickup times between 7.00 a.m. and 8.00 a.m., depending on your location. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup is available from hotels near the main road. Guests staying on hillside properties must wait at a nearby hotel or designated meeting point. The tour operator will confirm your exact pickup time by email. Please check your email before the tour date. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has departed may be considered a no-show.

Guests will transfer from the main boat to the islands by longtail boat. We recommend wearing shorts instead of long pants, as the water level may be above the knees when getting on and off the longtail boat.

This tour is not suitable for guests arriving by large boat, cruise ship or ferry. Due to potential delays in disembarking passengers, it is difficult to guarantee timely arrival for our tour departure, which could result in missed connections.
