【Emergency Notice】 Due to a domestic SIM card data breach, SKT airport roaming centers are prioritizing SIM replacements. SKT physical SIM cards and Wi-Fi devices will be UNAVAILABLE for AIRPORT PICK-UP until May 31, 2025, due to long wait times. 1. Please present your Viator voucher with your passport to pick up the SIM card. 2. United States, Canada, Japan or Philippines' Phones: make sure your phone is completely unlocked with your mobile provider. 3. If your phone is NOT compatible with Korea's LTE frequency, 3G signal might shows. Cancellation & Refund will not be accepted under the above situations. 4. To enable Voice & SMS features -User ID(Passport) Verification System- • Website: www.skroaming.com/passport/ • Operating Hours：08:00-22:00 every day (※Verification can only be performed 1 hour after entry) [Important Notice] • Only one phone number can be registered on each passport. • Only the recipient's SIM card is excluded from online verification to activate the call feature when several SIM cards are being collected. However, all other SIM cards must be validated online by the user to activate the call function. • The SIM can only be used for data services before validated online. • You will be required to provide the rental contract number and SIM card phone number during the verification process, in addition to your personal details.
