- The provided 010 Korean phone number does not support any real-name verification, identity authentication, OTP (One-Time Password) verification codes, or platform account registrations. - This product cannot be topped up or extended online. Once the validity period ends, a new card must be purchased. - Network coverage and speeds depend on the local telecom environment. 5G signals may switch to 4G in indoor areas, subways, or congested crowds. Minimum network speed cannot be guaranteed. - Once the product has been signed for and collected at the counter or office, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable, regardless of whether it has been opened, inserted, or activated. - Mobile phones purchased in the US, Canada, Japan, or the Philippines may be carrier-locked (SIM Lock). Please ensure your phone is unlocked with your original carrier before departure. No refunds will be issued if the product fails to work due to a locked device. - If connection issues occur, please contact customer support and provide screenshots or follow troubleshooting instructions. If a customer refuses to cooperate, requests for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted.
