Guide will meet you in front of the main entrance to the Schindler's Factory Museum, with the "excursions.city" sign
Redemption Instructions
Meeting point: Coordinator will meet you in front of the main entrance to the Schindler's Factory Museum (ul. Lipowa 4, 30-702 Kraków), with the "excursions.city" sign. Coordinator will have your entry tickets. Please, be at the museum on time. Schindler's Factory Museum definitely does not accept late arrivals. Groups enter punctually at the appointed time, late persons will not be admitted to the tour without the possibility of returning the money. Tickets purchased for tours (with or without a guide) after January 1, 2026, are personal (please provide the name and surname of each participant when booking). Once a ticket has been issued in your name, it may not be possible to change it to a different name. Please bring your ID card or other identification document for identification by Schindler` Factory Museum staff. The name and surname on your ticket must match the one on your document. Only physical and original documents are tolerated (no photocopies/photos/applications) by the staff.
