For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
# You cannot enter the attraction directly with this TripAdvisor voucher. The driver will provide a digital ticket, which you must redeem yourself at the counter # Due to safety reasons, personal bags are not allowed on the Sky Terrace , only items within 16in x 16in x 8in are allowed # Opening hours: 9:00am-8.:30pm, daily / Last admission time is 8:30pm (Depending weather conditions) # In case of bad weather, entry is subject to the approval of KL Tower management. If KL Tower approves, you will receive an alternative date ticket—please get a revisitation slip at the ticket counter. If they do not approve, no alternative ticket will be issued, and no refund will be provided from our side. (Climate change is beyond our control) # Please ensure that the passport copy matches the lead traveler's name, and the passport photo is essential for verification purposes. # Please note, during peak season, if there is heavy crowding and the tour exceeds the scheduled time, an additional waiting charge for transportation will apply. # The driver will pick you up and drop you off at the KL Tower. Please note, the driver will not assist with ticket redemption; you will need to redeem the ticket on your own. # As per their regulations, the current ticket covering both the Sky Terrace and Observation Deck as a combined package cannot be used; to gain access, separate tickets for each attraction are required. If the Sky Terrace is closed, no refund or alternative tickets will be provided for that attraction. # Please check with staff if the Sky Terrace is open before redeeming your tickets; if it is closed due to weather, ask the reception for an alternative date, as approval is at the discretion of KL Tower management. # This is a shared group so Hotel pickup times may be slightly adjusted, as guests are collected in an organized sequence. The itinerary may also change depending on traffic, weather, or operational needs.

You can also join our tour from Kuala Lumpur meeting point namely Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTic): 109, Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. An additional surcharge for hotel pickup outside 4km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity. # Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start
