How Guests Can Visit the KL Tower and Its Restaurant Guests who have not booked a transfer can still visit Menara Kuala Lumpur (KL Tower). To reach the restaurant, follow the signs to the tower’s entrance. Once inside, you can ask the staff for directions to the restaurant on the observation deck.
