Pickup is available from hotels in Krabi Town and Ao Nang. Extra transfer charges apply for hotels outside the free pickup area. Pickup time is between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Children aged 0–3 years and participants over 70 years old are not recommended to join this tour due to the long transfer time, boat travel, and multiple stops.

Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, or bone diseases are not recommended to join this tour.

No previous sea canoeing experience is required, but participants should be comfortable around water and able to get in and out of the canoe safely.

Life jackets are provided and must be worn during the sea canoeing activity.
