Please note customers are required to wear face masks inside vehicles. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided for you upon arrival. • Travel from Miami to Key West is by bus • The Glass Bottom Boat is subject to favorable weather conditions and may be canceled in the event of inclement weather • Rest stop on the way to Key West • Approximate free time in Key West is from 12:00pm to 5:00pm • Please call supplier 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm details • Present your voucher to representative upon pickup • No-show is nonrefundable Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Gray Line Miami provides bus pickup service from selected hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. If your hotel is not listed, please choose the nearest available option. Hotel pickups occur between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM, with each location assigned a specific pickup time. Important: Passengers must wait outside the hotel at the main entrance for pickup.
