• Please call or e-mail supplier 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm details • Present your ticket/voucher to the representative • No-show is non-refundable • Rest stops on the way to Key West, approximate time in Key West is from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. • When you arrive to Key West, follow your guide´s instructions to take the Snorkeling Adventure. • All participants must be able to swim. Supplier does not suggest that minors under 6 take this tour. Minors and children take the tour under the parent/guardian responsibility • The Boat departure is subject to good weather conditions. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Gray Line Miami provides bus pickup service from selected hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. If your hotel is not listed, please choose the nearest available option. Hotel pickups occur between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM, with each location assigned a specific pickup time. Important: Passengers must wait outside the hotel at the main entrance for pickup.
