Complimentary pick up is available for travelers who choose the 'Shared (with Hotel Pick Up) option. Driver details will be sent via Whatsapp by 9:00pm, 1 day before the tour. Kindly wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the start time. As this is a shared transfer, early or late pickup is not possible. Standard waiting time is only 5 minutes and it will be considered “No Show” if you are not at the lobby on time. Kindly take note that drop-off for this tour will be at the Petronas Twin Towers.
