Pickup Information

Pick-ups take place between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. You will receive confirmation of your pickup, including the exact time, by 7:00 PM the day before your tour. If your hotel or apartment is not listed, please write your pickup address in the Special Requirements section booking. Pickup will be from the address you selected during booking. If your address is within a restricted traffic zone or stopping directly next to the hotel is not possible, we will arrange the nearest possible pickup location for your convenience. If you do not select any address during the booking, the pickup will take place from the meeting point in the Old Town. Please note that Chochołowskie Thermal Baths will be closed for maintenance from March 16 to March 26. During this period, the thermal bath stop on our tour will take place at Bania Thermal Baths, which are the second largest thermal baths in Podhale. All other parts of the itinerary remain unchanged.
