Check in at our office located at "Old Kaloa Sugar Mill, Mahaulepu Road, Kauai, HI 96756". After check in guests will be given instructions on the next meeting point. Check in is 30 mins prior to tour time. Closed toe shoes, long shorts or pants, t-shirt or long sleeves, long hair pulled back. • Weight max is 270 lbs • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Minimum Age is 7 years old. • Drivers must be 18 with a valid driver's license.
