Redemption Instructions
• You will receive the tour operator's instructions and check-in confirmation number within 2 days prior to your tour date, by text or email. This does not need to be printed. This Viator voucher/ticket is not the confirmation number provided by the tour operator. • The booking option shows tour start time, please be sure to arrive 30 minutes prior. This is to give you enough time to locate the activity site and complete the check in process before tour departure. All tour must depart on time, and late arrivals are subject to no refund. • Infants (ages 0-3) REQUIRES a ticket to participate. If your child cannot walk during the tour, it is required that you carry your child in a front chest carrier or a back pack carrier. • Please follow the Rules of The Canyon at the site as well as always follow your Navajo guide's instructions. • No Tripods, monopods, quadcopters, strollers, walkers or bags of ALL kinds are permitted during the guided tour. Please leave them at your vehicle. • Any pets or service animals are not allowed. • Weather Disclaimer: Any decision to close Antelope Canyon due to weather comes from the Antelope Canyon operators and/or Navajo Parks and Recreation. National Park Express has no control over these closures. • Bring $3-5 per person cash for the Navajo Guide gratuities.
