Meeting and Pickup
If you are making this reservation less than 12 hours before tour start time, please call or email Bikes and Hikes to confirm your tour. There is free street parking available on N Genesee Ave and N Spaulding Avenue, just read signs carefully. Private tours available by contacting us directly.
Redemption Instructions
PLEASE ARRIVE at 9:30 AM FOR CHECK-IN. You’ll be fitted on your bicycle and receive important equipment and safety training. Safety for all of our guests is our number one priority. The tour departs promptly at 10:00 AM and we can not wait for latecomers as there are other guests joining the experience as well. Please call ahead to let us know of any delays. What to bring: The must-haves: Comfortable shirt and shorts/pants, jacket, windbreaker or sweatshirt (weather depending), closed-toe shoes, water (water is available for purchase on site). Don’t forget your camera! We can provide storage while you are on the tour. Guides accept cash or payment apps for gratuity.
