Redemption Instructions

Please, email us at reserve@graylineguatemala.com or call (502) 5458 6888 at least 48 hours prior to the departure date of the tour to reconfirm date of travel, hotel, pickup time, and location for your tour. On the day of your tour, please present your printed voucher to the driver/guide upon pick up Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
