Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Check-in time: 15 minutes before your tour start time. Departure Point: Golden Tours Stop 1, Bulleid Way, London SW1W 9SH Duration: Approx 90 minutes. Additional Information: Please arrive minimum 15 minutes prior to departure time. Upper seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Afternoon Tea buses operate on a shared seating basis. Choice of specific seating areas is not available. You must contact the supplier at least 24 hours prior to the travel date to confirm your choice menu (General or Vegetarian) or you will be served the General Menu; Kindly note that we are not able to accommodate any special requests. Customers that do not confirm their menu of choice with the supplier will be served the General Menu. We cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nut ingredients. Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over - a valid ID will be required. There are no toilets on-board. This activity is not wheelchair accessible. Children under 5 are not allowed on this tour. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.
