The Green Route connects King’s Cross and St Pancras with Covent Garden via the British Museum. Choose a 24-hour or 48-hour ticket to enjoy the Thames River cruise. 48-hour tickets also include live guided walking tours in English: the Royal Walk, Jack the Ripper Walk and Harry Potter Walking Tour. Upgrade to include the Panoramic Evening Tour for stunning night-time views of London.

Redemption Instructions

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1.Download the Big Bus app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2.Present your printed or mobile ticket with a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route during operating hours. Stop 1 – Green Park Station (next to The Ritz) Stop 11 – London Eye (next to the Lion Statue) Stop 16 – Tower of London (TfL Stop "TA") For your cruise, head straight to the City Cruises terminal at Westminster Pier (near stop 18) or Tower Pier (near stop 19)and show your printed or digital ticket to board. If you selected a ticket including a river cruise, you can board at Tower Pier (near Stop 19) or Westminster Pier (near Stop 21). Please note, the 1-day ticket does NOT include a river cruise. If you purchased a 48-hour ticket, 3 walking tours are included. Meet your guide at the Big Bus Stop listed below and have your printed or digital ticket ready. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. All tours are live guided and conducted in English only. Tours last approximately 1.5–2 hours. Royal Walk – 10:00 | Stop #8 Trafalgar Square Jack the Ripper Walk – 13:00 | Stop #19 Tower of London Harry Potter Walking Tour – 16:00 | Stop #21 Westminster Pier If your ticket includes the Evening Tour, it departs from Stop 12: London Eye (Westminster Bridge Road, bus stop next to the Lion Statue, outside London Marriott County Hall). Show your printed or digital ticket to a Big Bus team member before joining the tour. All buses are wheelchair accessible.
