Pickup Information

Hotel pickup is included for your convenience. Just share your hotel name when booking (in the Special Requirements section, via private message, or on WhatsApp). We’ll send your vehicle and driver details the night before your tour, so you’ll know exactly who’s greeting you in the morning! Along the way, we’ll stop for morning coffee or a delicious local breakfast at some of our guests’ favorite spots. Whether you prefer cash or card, both are accepted — so you can simply enjoy the flavors and the view! Each Floating Bamboo Cottage welcomes a cozy group of 2 to 15 guests, giving you plenty of space to relax, connect, and soak up the experience. Don’t forget to let your host know your brunch or lunch preferences ahead of time — we want your meal to be just as enjoyable as your adventure! We are closed every Wednesday due to local government Clean-Up Day.

Beach activities are weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rains, typhoons, storms, flash floods, or gale warnings, the local government may suspend activities for safety reasons without prior notice.
