Redemption Instructions

Pickup Information

With Transportation: Hotel pickup is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking. Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Without Transportation / No Hotel Information: Guests who select the Without Transportation option, or who do not provide accommodation information at the time of booking, must meet at Pez Gato, Plaza Gali, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, Local 39, Cabo San Lucas, 20 minutes before departure. Cruise Guests: Meet at Pez Gato, Plaza Gali, across the marina from the cruise tender pier, 20 minutes before departure. Seasonal Tour: Operates December 15 through March 31 only.
