Office du Tourisme et des Congrès du Grand Lyon, Place Bellecour, 69002 Lyon Metro A/D : stop Bellecour Exchange your voucher for your city card at the tourist office in Lyon, open everyday 9 am to 6pm. Closed  December 25 and January 1. Valid from the time of first use, for the consecutive days selected. or Centre Commercial Part dieu at the " reception" situated Level 0 open from Monday to Saturday 10 am till 8 pm except bank holidays, 25 december & 1st January
