All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.

Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East (between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).

Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.

Only certain models of mobility scooter can travel on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers vessels. Whilst some mobility scooters will fit, some are too large. Please contact Uber Boat by Thames Clippers directly.

You can get on the boat and travel at any of our piers .

Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking for 1 Day unlimited journeys from anywhere between Putney and Barking Riverside.
