For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
YOU must drive yourself to the plantation. Ticket does not include transportation to/from the plantation. Do not take taxis, Uber or Lyft. If you take one of these services you will not find one to take you back to city. Plantation is located in a rural area.
Redemption Instructions
Please be advised that the first tour of the day begins at 10AM with tours beginning approximately every 40 minutes thereafter until the last tour of the day at 3:20 PM. If a tour group is full, you may be asked to wait for the next departure. It is always a good idea to arrive early. Each tour guide will be assigned 28 guests maximum. There are three tours per day led by a French speaking tour guide. They are at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm.
