For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
We have a fleet of yachts; you'll be notified of which yacht you'll be on. Make sure you go to IGY MARINA Dock/Muelle C since there's a few marinas, this is in front of Luxury Avenue & The Puerto Paraiso Mall. Please stay at the gate and our captains will come get you.

For Yachts BABALOO & SWEETIE PIE, please make sure to go to IGY Marina, Dock/Muelle C. This dock is located in front of Luxury Avenue Building and Marina Fiesta Hotel. If you're coming by Taxi, have the driver take you to Marina Fiesta Hotel and our gate is steps from there. Once you arrive, please wait at the gate — our captains will come meet you there. Take a water taxi to our gate - please note there is a taxi fee. 3. Take a regular taxi to our gate - please note there is a taxi fee.
