Pickup Information

Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at least 10 minutes before departure. Pickup is available from hotels, private accommodations, or any address within Lucerne city. Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or at the exact address provided. For Lucerne Train Station (Luzern Bahnhof), pickup is arranged at the designated short-term pickup area directly in front of the main entrance. The driver will assist with luggage and ensure a smooth, punctual transfer. In case of any difficulty locating the pickup point, the driver will contact you directly.
