For Lucerne Train Station (Luzern Bahnhof), pickup is arranged at the designated short-term pickup area directly in front of the main entrance. The driver will assist with luggage and ensure a smooth, punctual transfer. In case of any difficulty locating the pickup point, the driver will contact you directly.
