Redemption Instructions

AFTER BOOKING: Land´s End Tours will contact you the day before the tour (around 7:00 PM) by email (info@landsendtours.com OR landsendtours@hotmail.com ) or WhatsApp/SMS (+526241543532) with your exact pickup time and location. If you do not receive a message, please contact them. ON THE TOUR DATE: Please arrive at the pickup location 5 minutes early. The driver will wait no more than 5 minutes.

Pickup Information

MORNING TOUR: The morning tour begins at 9:00 AM. Hotel pickup takes place prior to the start time, with travel time varying by hotel location. AFTERNOON TOUR: The afternoon tour begins at 2:00 PM. Hotel pickup takes place prior to the start time, with travel time varying by hotel location. ON THE MOMENT OF BOOKING: Cruise ship passengers must provide ship name, docking and disembarkation time. If staying at a vacation rental or AirBnB, please provide the exact address. ON THE TOUR DATE: Please arrive at the pickup location 5 minutes early. The driver will wait no more than 5 minutes.
